Torture-Free Teaching Environment (TFTe) Training 2024

Torture-Free Teaching Environment (TFTe) is a successfully implemented and time-tested concept and framework aimed at creating a congenial learning environment in schools ensuring meaningful freedom for students and creating ample grounds for both professional and internal growth for teachers. It works for the emancipation of students from the meaningless series of Corporal Punishments, deeply rooted in Nepalese Guru-Shishya culture.

The Concept of TFTe was coined in Nepal by Mr. Singa Lama, Trainer, Counselor, Educator and Writer, back in 2006 AD combining Counseling Psychology with the wisdom of Buddhism with very simple, but strongly powerful solution measures as TFTe Framework with 3 Dimensional CFT Path.

The TFTe Framework is a Two-Day Training conducted in an In-House Model for schools and colleges that builds all the required competencies in teachers for its successful implementation.
